1. Reporting Issues

All issues, including but not limited to damaged items, incorrect items, or defects, must be reported to Euphora within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To report an issue, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A detailed description of the issue

Failure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery may result in your request being denied.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Euphora reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Euphora does not cover return shipping fees.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned outside the specified timeframes
